My last visit to this PP location kept me away for a few years but at my daughter's plea for a cheese pizza brought me back. I boycotted this location because the last time I was here, the whole place was so dirty (flies buzzing about, filthy washrooms and dining room strewn with garbage...etc).
I was dreading walking in here but to my surprise, the place didn't seem dirty. It was full of people, mostly teenagers from nearby high school and parents rushing to grab last minute dinner. Unfortunately for us, they did not have any more cheese pizza slice available so we ended up ordering a fresh pizza to go. We were told that it would take 20 min. So we waited.
When the pizza came out (exactly 17 min after ordering), my daughter wanted to eat it there since she was too hungry. She wolfed down 3 and a half slices (!!!!) and gave it 2 solid thumbs up. I did get to eat her crusts which weren't bad at all.
I would have given them a higher rating if not for the rudeness of the lady (Asian) who took our order. I'm guessing she owns the location and her attitude was so off putting. -

Please improve your attention to detail and customer service. I ordered 5 classic wings, on Aug 20th/18 at 10PM the Indian girl working there was chatting when I came in. Then after waiting for my wings, I always open it to check to make sure it is OK. Low and behold, I see 4 drumsticks and only 1 wing. Usually, it should be 50/50 roughly ! I pointed it out to her that I ordered 5 wings for 5.99, why am I getting only 1 wings and 4 drumbs, I don't like drumbs.. and she goes "oh it's random". I did not want to bother arguing with her as I was tired and she did not seem to be bothered. I get home and I bite into the one I thought was a wing, turns out it was a skinny drumstick too!! I was so pissed off. Don't tell me 5/5 as drumstick is 'random'. If you can count 5 pieces, you should be able to count 2 or 3 wings for a 5 piece order !! Needless to say, I will not be back. Please re-train your staff !
